In mid August Bob and his co-workers installed a new pier/dock at my property. I am so grateful for their professionalism and kindness. Bob was very attentive to my questions and willing to please. Due to mucky water some of the support poles were not long enough in which to tie up our pontoon, so they returned a week later and replaced them with longer ones. As I am a widow with no knowledge of such matters, Bob was just terrific outlining what the procedure would be and following through with expertise. They even hauled away my old pier. Thank you!!
